Get the best care to restore your health and prepare for the sudden change in your new life.
At Anjia Yueshi, we are committed to providing mothers with balanced and nutritious confinement meals to provide sufficient energy for every stage of postpartum recovery.
The first month after childbirth is crucial for the mother’s future health, as the body must not only recover from the arduous birthing process, but also from the hormonal, physiological and psychological changes during pregnancy. According to traditional Chinese beliefs, once a woman has given birth, a void is created in her body, where the woman is lacking in Qi, Yin and Blood. This slows down the body’s recovery process, leading to an increased risk of future illness. Therefore, a good confinement plan emphasizes the balance of Yin and Yang – staying warm, staying indoors, and avoiding raw and cold food and drinks are important rules to follow. And this is what we at Anjia Yueshi exist for – we provide carefully planned, nutritionally balanced confinement menus that help balance the Yin and Yang in a woman’s body. Backed by scientific research, our confinement menus follow modern and traditional practices, combining knowledge from the times.
All our ingredients are strictly selected and of high quality. We also strictly follow the formula in the use of medicinal materials in order to achieve the best conditioning effect.
In addition, while ensuring the nutritional content of the ingredients, we are also committed to providing mothers with a delicious treat and ensuring comfort during the confinement period.
Different from most concepts in the market, we set the confinement period at 6 weeks, set a total of 5 recovery goals and divide the treatment into 5 stages.

Recovery Plan
Because pregnant women bear the nutrients needed for the growth and development of the baby before delivery, a series of adaptive changes will occur in various systems of the mother. For example, uterine muscle cells hypertrophy, proliferate, and lengthen, the heart burden increases, the lung burden also increases, the kidneys enlarge during pregnancy, the ureters thicken, the muscle tone decreases, and the peristalsis weakens. As the fetus is delivered after delivery, the mother’s organs need to return to their pre-delivery state. The recovery of the morphology, position and function of these organs depends on the care and health care of the mother during the confinement period. If the care is proper, the recovery will be faster and there will be no future troubles; if the care is not taken care of, the recovery will be slower. People call the month after delivery “confinement”, but in fact, after a month of adjustment, many organs of the body have not been fully recovered. For example: it takes 6 weeks for the contraction of the uterus to return to a size close to that of the non-pregnant uterus, and it takes 6-8 weeks for the tension of the abdominal wall to recover after delivery. Therefore, medically speaking, the puerperium is defined as 6 weeks after delivery, which is the period from the birth of the fetus and placenta to the recovery of the mother’s organs (except the mammary gland) to their pre-pregnancy state. Scientifically speaking, the best time for confinement is 6 weeks.
